(a) There is hereby established in and for the Village the position of full-time electrician with the electric utility.
(b) The electrician shall perform any and all necessary and proper electrical services as may be directed by the Mayor, the Village Administrator or Council, and shall report his or her hours of employment, at regular intervals, to the Clerk-Treasurer.
