246.06 MEETINGS OF DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL.

The Fire Chief shall call the entire Volunteer Fire Department together at least twice each month for the purpose of conducting suitable drills in the operation and handling of equipment, first-aid and rescue work, and salvage, as well as to study buildings in the Village and discuss all other matters generally accepted as having a bearing upon good firemanship.
