EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance No. 16-027, passed December 6, 2016, the Mayor and Village Council decided to enter into a professional services agreement with Safebuilt Ohio, LLC, to perform services related to the administration and enforcement of the Building Code, Zoning Code, and related ordinances of the Village.
Effective December 1, 2016, all internal operation and employees of the Grafton Building Department, and any internal administration and enforcement of Grafton's Building Code, Zoning Code, and related-ordinances, shall be suspended, until such time as it is determined by the Mayor, that a Village Building Inspector should be appointed for the purpose of administering and enforcing Grafton’s Building Code, Zoning Code, and related ordinances, pursuant to, and in accordance with, the provisions of Article VI, Section 5, of the Village Charter.
