1480.01   TRAILER DEFINED.
   "Trailer," as used in this chapter, means a house car, camp car or vehicle or structure mounted on wheels or capable of being propelled or drawn from place to place, either by its own power, by power supplied by some other vehicle or by other motive power attached thereto or to be attached thereto, and being used for living or sleeping quarters or for human habitation.

1480.02   SEWERS AND SANITATION PROVISIONS.
   No person, owner, lessee or agent in charge of land in the Village shall place, keep or maintain, or permit to be placed, kept or maintained, a trailer on any lot or parcel of ground in the Village unless and until permanent sewage disposal and sanitary provisions have been provided for the occupants of such trailer, and unless and until a license has been obtained therefor as hereinafter provided.
