1480.04   LICENSE REQUIRED; ISSUANCE; EFFECTIVE PERIOD.
   (a)   No person shall park or place, or permit to be parked or placed, a trailer, as provided in Section 1480.02, for longer than ten days, without first obtaining a license therefor from the Mayor. The application for such license shall be signed by the applicant and shall state the location of the premises to be occupied, the name and permission of the owner or responsible occupant of the premises, the name and address of the occupant of such trailer, the license number of the trailer and of the automobile to which it is or may be attached and such further information as the Mayor may require.
   (b)   Such license shall be effective for not more than thirty days from the end of such ten-day period. Such license may, upon application, be extended for a further period of not more than thirty days from the end of such ten-day period, upon payment by the applicant of a license fee therefor in the sum of one dollar ($1.00) per day during the period of such extension, and provided that the requirements set forth in Section 1480.02 have been complied with. No license shall be granted or renewed for a total period exceeding forty days in twelve consecutive months.
