206.01   ESTABLISHMENT OF WARDS.
   The four wards of the Village are hereby established as follows:
   Ward One.
   Being all of that southwesterly part of the Village of Grafton lying generally westerly and southerly of the following described line:
   Beginning in the southerly line of the Village of Grafton, at its intersection with the centerline of Elyria-Medina Road (State Route 57);
   Thence northwesterly along said centerline to its intersection with the centerline of Elm Street;
   Thence northerly along the centerline of Elm Street to its intersection with the centerline of Center Street;
   Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Center Street to its intersection with the centerline of Mechanics Street;
   Thence southwesterly along the centerline of Mechanics Street to its intersection with the centerline of Elyria-Medina Road;
   Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Elyria-Medina Road to its intersection with the southwesterly prolongation of the northwesterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Joyce Kreiger by deed dated December 29, 1988 and recorded in Volume 139, Page 864 of Lorain County Records;
   Thence northeasterly along said southwesterly prolongation and the northwesterly line of Kreiger's land and along the northwesterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to James A. and Cherie R. Scates by deed dated April 27, 1994 and recorded in Volume 902, Page 179 of Lorain County Records, to its intersection with the southwesterly line of Center Street;
   Thence northwesterly along the northeasterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Gerald A. Szczepanski by deed dated December 21, 1995 and recorded in Volume 1195, Page 779 of Lorain County Records, to the northwesterly corner thereof;
   Thence continuing northwesterly along the northeasterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Gerald A. Szczepanski by deed dated September 16, 1988 and recorded in Volume 109, Page 534 of Lorain County Records, to the northwesterly corner thereof;
   Thence continuing northwesterly along the northeasterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to James J. and Jacqueline A. Kohler by deed dated November 12, 1999 and recorded as Instrument File No. 19900652713 of Lorain County Records, to the northwesterly corner thereof;
   Thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line of said Kohler's land to its intersection with the northerly line of Original Grafton Township, and being also the southerly line of Original Eaton Township;
   Thence westerly along said Original Township Line to its intersection with the centerline of Railroad Street;
   Thence northeasterly along the centerline of Railroad Street to its intersection with the centerline of Huron Street;
   Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Huron Street to its intersection with the centerline of Erie Street;
   Thence westerly along the centerline of Erie Street: to its intersection with the centerline of Elyria-Medina Road;
   Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Elyria-Medina Road to its intersection with the northerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to KNG, Ltd. by deed dated April 16, 2002 and recorded as Instrument File Number 20020823160 of Lorain County Records;
   Thence westerly and northwesterly along said northerly line to the westerly line of said parcel so conveyed;
   Thence southerly along said westerly line to its intersection with the northerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to The Flannigan Family Limited Partnership by deed dated December 31, 2002 and recorded as instrument File Number 20020880834 of Lorain County Records;
   Thence southwesterly along said northerly line to its intersection with the westerly line of said parcel so conveyed;
   Thence southerly along said westerly line to its intersection with the northeasterly line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Line of the CSX System;

   Ward Two.
   Being all of that contiguous easterly part of the Village of Grafton lying generally easterly, then northeasterly, then southeasterly of the following described line:
   Beginning in the southerly lane of the Village of Grafton, at its intersection with the centerline of Elyria-Medina Road (State Route 57);
   Thence northwesterly along said centerline-to its intersection with the centerline of Elm Street;
   Thence northerly along the centerline of Elm Street to its intersection with the centerline of Center Street;
   Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Center Street to its intersection with the centerline of Mechanics Street;
   Thence southwesterly along the centerline of Mechanics Street to its intersection with the centerline of Elyria-Medina Road;
   Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Elyria-Medina Road to its intersection with the southwesterly prolongation of the northwesterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Joyce Kreiger by deed dated December 29, 1988 and recorded in Volume 139, Page 864 of Lorain County Records;
   Thence northeasterly along said southwesterly prolongation and the northwesterly line of Kreiger's land and along the northwesterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to James A. and Cherie R. Scates by deed dated April 27, 1994 and recorded in Volume 902, Page 179 of Lorain County Records, to its intersection with the southwesterly line of Center Street;
   Thence continuing northeasterly along a northwesterly line of Center Street and along the northwesterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Michael J. Sadowski by deed dated May 8, 1980 and recorded In Volume 1259, Page 809 of Lorain County Records, to the northeasterly line thereof,
   Thence southeasterly along said northeasterly line and along the northeasterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Scott M. Stenger by deed dated October 17, 1995 and recorded in Volume 1163, Page 111 of Lorain County Records, to the southeasterly line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Line of the CSX System;
   Thence northeasterly along said southeasterly line to its intersection with the southerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Faye L. Stevanus by deed dated September 23, 1992 and recorded in Volume 598, Page 821 of Lorain County Records;
   Thence westerly along said southerly line and along the southerly line of a second parcel of land conveyed to Faye L. Stevanus as aforementioned, to the southeasterly line of the New York Central Railroad Line of the CSX System;
   Thence northeasterly along said southeasterly railroad property line to the northwesterly corner of a 27.43 acre parcel of land conveyed to Michael and Ruth Podulka by deed dated December 4, 1997 and excluded from the Village of Grafton as incorporated.
   Ward Three.
   Being all of that contiguous northeasterly part of the Village of Grafton lying generally northerly and easterly of the following described line:
   Beginning in the southeasterly line of the New York Central Railroad Line of the CSX System, at its intersection with the easterly line of a 27.43 acre parcel of land conveyed to Michael and Ruth Podulka by deed dated December 4, 1997 and excluded from the Village of Grafton as incorporated. Said point being also the intersection of a southeasterly line and a westerly line of the Village of Grafton Limits;
   Thence southwesterly along said southeasterly railroad line to its intersection with the southerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Faye L. Stevanus by deed dated September 23, 1992 and recorded in Volume 598, Page 821 of Lorain County Records;
   The following course bounds the ward on the north
   Thence easterly along said southerly line and along the southerly line of a second parcel of land conveyed to Faye L. Stevanus as aforementioned, to its intersection with the southeasterly line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Line of the CSX System;
   Thence southwesterly along said southeasterly line to its intersection with the northeasterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Scott M. Stenger by deed dated October 17, 1995 and recorded in Volume 1183, Page 111 of Lorain County Records;

   Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Huron Street to its intersection with the centerline of Erie Street;
   Thence westerly along the centerline of Erie Street to its intersection with the centerline of Elyria-Medina Road;
   Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Elyria-Medina Road to its intersection with the centerline of Novak Road;
   The following course bounds the ward on the north
   Thence easterly along the centerline of Novak Road to its intersection with the centerline of Wellfleet Drive;
   Thence northerly along the centerline of Wellfleet Drive to its intersection with the centerline of Plymouth Drive;
   The following course bounds the ward on the north
   Thence easterly along the centerline of Plymouth Drive to its intersection with the centerline of Chippewa Street;
   Thence northerly along the centerline of Chippewa Street to its intersection with the easterly prolongation of the northerly line of sublot no. 40 in the Greenwood Farms Subdivision as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 27 of Maps, Pages 58 through 60 of Lorain County Records;
   Thence westerly along said easterly prolongation and along the northerly line of sublots 40 through 50 in said Greenwood Farms Subdivision, to its intersection with the easterly line of Nantucket Street;
   Thence continuing westerly across Nantucket Street to the northeasterly corner of sublot no. 25 in said subdivision;
   Thence continuing westerly along the northerly line of said sublot no. 28 to its intersection with the westerly line of the Greenwood Farms Subdivision;
   Thence Northerly along said westerly subdivision line to its intersection with the easterly and northerly line of the Village of Grafton limits.
   The following course bounds the ward on the north
   Thence easterly along said northerly village line to an angle point therein;
   The following course bounds the ward on the east
   Thence southerly along an easterly line of the village and crossing the New York Central railroad line of the CSX system, to the southeasterly line thereof;
   Thence northeasterly along said southeasterly railroad property line and northwesterly village corporation line to an angle point in said corporation line. Said point being the southwesterly corner of a 5.00 acre parcel of land conveyed to the Eaton Township Trustees and identified as auditor's parcel number 1100037000004 as of January 1, 2003.
   The following course bounds the ward on the north
   Thence southeasterly along the southwesterly line of said parcel, being also the most northeasterly village corporation line, about 1295 feet to its intersection with the line of Island Road and the easterly Village of Grafton Limits.
   Ward Four.
   Being all of that northwesterly part of the Village of Grafton lying generally westerly and northerly of the following described line:
   Beginning at a point in the northeasterly line of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Line of the CSX System at its intersection with a southwesterly line and a westerly line of the Village of Grafton limits. Said point being also in the southerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to KNG, Ltd. by. deed dated February 22, 2002 and recorded as Instrument File Number 20020811891 of Lorain County Records.
   Thence southeasterly along said northeasterly line to the westerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to The Flannigan Family Limited Partnership by deed dated December 31, 2002 and recorded in as Instrument File Number 20020880834 of Lorain County Records;
   Thence northerly along said westerly line to the northerly line of said parcel so conveyed;
   Thence easterly along said northerly line to its intersection with the westerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to KNG, Ltd. by deed dated April 16, 2002 and recorded as Instrument File Number 20020823160 of Lorain County Records;
   Thence northerly along said westerly line to the northerly line of said parcel so conveyed;

   Thence northerly along the centerline of Wellfleet Drive to its intersection with the centerline of Plymouth Drive;

   Thence northerly along the centerline of Chippewa Street to its intersection with the easterly prolongation of the northerly line of sublot no. 40 in the Greenwood Farms Subdivision as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 27 of Maps, Pages 58 through 60 of Lorain County Records;
   The following 3 courses bound the ward on the north

   (2)   Thence continuing westerly across Nantucket Street to the northeasterly corner of sublot no. 28 in said subdivision;
