1042.06 DEPOSIT OF MONEYS.

All moneys received by the Village incident to the operation of the Municipal water system, including connection fees and consumption rates, shall be deposited into the Water Revenue Fund for the purpose of maintaining, repairing and improving the Municipal water system and service.
