1042.04   WATER CONNECTION FEES; WATER METERS.
   (a)   For all single family and multiple-dwelling structures there shall be a two thousand dollar ($2,000) charge for the initial water connection. A water meter will be installed without charge in each multiple-dwelling structure, but there shall be an additional charge for each additional meter necessary and all other installation costs.

   (b)   Upon notice from the Mayor that the provisions of subsection (a) hereof have not been complied with, and that charges for the initial water connection, for subsequent water connections and for the initial sanitary sewer connection have not been paid, work on any structure shall be immediately stopped. Such notice shall be in writing and shall state the reason for stopping the work and the conditions under which the work may be resumed. Such notice shall be delivered to the owner of the property or his or her agent or to the person in charge of the work at the site.
   The Mayor may revoke any permit or approval issued under this chapter if there has been noncompliance with subsection (a) hereof or in case of false statements or misrepresentation as to a material fact upon such compliance.

   (c)   For the installation of all new and replacement water taps there shall be a fee of two thousand dollars ($2,000) which shall be paid by the property owner prior to installation.    (d)   For each and every water connection made within the Fox Run Development, there shall be a charge in the amount of four thousand dollars ($4,000)
