The distance trees may be planted from curbs or curblines and sidewalks will be in accordance with the three species size classes referred to in the official list of street tree species provided for in Section 1026.24, and no trees may be planted closer to any curb or sidewalk than the following:
Small trees 2 ft. = 4 ft. tree lawn
Medium trees 3 ft. = 6 ft. tree lawn
Large trees 4 ft. = 8 ft. tree lawn
