No person shall interfere with the Tree Commission and/or the Village, or its employees, agents or contractors, while engaged in or about the carrying out of the provisions of this chapter or the doing of any of the work recommended by the Commission and/or ordered to be done by the Village. Nothing in this section shall be construed as an attempt to prohibit the pursuit of any remedy, legal or equitable, in any court of competent jurisdiction for the protection of property rights by the owner of any property within the Village.
