1026.09   TREES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY OVERHANGING PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   All trees or shrubbery standing on private property in the Village and having branches projecting into public highways or public places shall be kept trimmed by the owner or occupant of such private property to such an extent that the lowest branches of such trees or shrubbery shall not come within eight feet of the ground where they overhang any public walk or driveway, and such trees shall be in accordance with the standards established by the National Arbor Association.
