All trees standing on any public place in the Village shall be trimmed so that the branches of such trees projecting over any public sidewalk or private driveway shall not be less than eight feet from the ground and so that the branches of such trees projecting over any public street or curb shall not be less than fourteen feet from the ground. The Tree Commission may advise Council of any trees requiring such trimming so as to conform to the requirements of this section.
