All sponsors, persons or organizations responsible for public entertainment in the Village shall enter into a hold-harmless agreement with the Village whereby such sponsors, persons or organizations will agree to indemnify and hold-harmless the Village for any personal injury or property damage caused to any person during the course of a public entertainment, or in any way incidental thereto, caused by the negligence of any person, other than the Village, its agents or employees.
