No person shall operate an auto wrecking establishment which uses electric or gas cutting torches, manual or air-operated sledge hammers or other tools to disassemble motor vehicles on any open lot. The Village is a residential community and it is desired to keep it as such and free from unsightly displays that would be brought about if such establishments were allowed to exist.
