(A) The Chief of Police and/or his or her designee may deny the use of dumpsters in the public right-of-way if the dumpster is too wide to allow public safety vehicles through, or due to any other traffic concerns.
(B) The Chief of Police and/or his or her designee may deny the use of dumpster to protect public health or safety concerns.
(C) Any appeal to the denial of a permit may be first brought to the attention of the City Administrator. If further denied, the applicant may bring the matter before the City Council.
