§ 151.125 TOWN COUNCIL REVIEW.
   Within a reasonable time following the approval of the minor subdivision plan by the Planning Commission, the Town Council shall consider the plan, and shall act to:
   (A)   Approve the plat;
   (B)   Disapprove the plat if it does not meet the town’s ordinances or standards;
   (C)   Approve the plat subject to modification; or
   (D)   Where considered by the Planning Commission to be necessary or desirable, act to table further consideration of the plan. The plat shall not be executed by the Town Council or recorded, except as set forth in § 151.126.
