(A) The subdivider of a minor subdivision shall comply with all water dedication requirements, public improvement requirements, and performance and warranty guarantee requirements.
(B) The approved final plat for the minor subdivision shall not be executed by the Town Council or recorded with the county until the subdivider has provided documentation satisfactory to the town of the subdivider’s compliance with these requirements.
