§ 32.52 DRAFTING ORDINANCES AND INSTRUMENTS; LEGAL CORRESPONDENCE.
   The City Attorney, when directed by the Council, shall prepare the draft of any ordinance or instrument in writing which the Mayor or Council may desire, and shall conduct the correspondence of the city on all legal subjects.
