§ 32.20 APPOINTMENT; TERM; SALARY AS FIXED.
   A City Clerk shall be appointed by the City Council, and, shall hold office indefinitely or until a successor is duly appointed and qualified. The Clerk shall receive the amount of salary as is prescribed by the annual budget ordinance.
