§ 132.13 SOLICITATION ON HIGHWAYS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person located on a public right-of-way to solicit contributions or to distribute any written materials to any other person within a motor vehicle which is upon any public highway, street or road within the City of Goose Creek.
