No person, firm, or organization in control of any premises shall allow or tolerate any disorderly conduct upon the premises. For the purpose of this section, a person, firm or organization in control of any premises shall include, but is not necessarily limited to: any owner, lease holder, manager, assistant manager, or other person in apparent control of the premises. Any person who is found guilty of a violation of this section shall be punished according to the general penalty provisions in this code for violation of a city ordinance.
