§ 130.15 ENTRY ON RIGHTS-OF-WAY OR PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or be upon any railroad right-of-way or property, or to tamper with any switch, crossing bar, lights or any other railroad device, without the express consent of the company owning the right-of-way or property; provided, however, that the within prohibition shall not apply to entry or presence on any publicly maintained grade crossing.
