§ 130.10 ESCAPE FROM CONFINEMENT; FRAUDULENT PAYMENT OF BAIL.
   (A)   No person, being lawfully confined in any prison or upon the public works of the city or while in the custody of any superintendent, guard or officer, shall escape, attempt to escape or have in the person's possession tools or weapons which may be used to facilitate an escape.
   (B)   No person shall knowingly escape or attempt to escape confinement in the city jail by tendering a false bank draft, check or any other negotiable instrument not honored or paid upon presentation in payment of a bail order or fine.
