§ 130.07 OBSTRUCTING OR INTERFERING WITH PUBLIC UTILITY OFFICERS.

During a riot or other civil emergency, no person shall hinder, obstruct, endanger or interfere with any person who is engaged in the operation, installation, repair or maintenance of any essential public service facility within the city, including any facility for the transmission of electricity, gas, telephone messages or water.
