§ 130.04 APPROACHING WITHIN 20 FEET OF PERSON BEING ARRESTED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person wilfully to approach nearer than 20 feet to any police officer who is making an arrest or attempting to do so, or while on the way to jail with the prisoner, except as otherwise directed by the police officer.
   (B)   All police officers are empowered to order all persons away from the vicinity of the site of arrest or the jail while any person is being placed therein or being held for custody.
