§ 130.03 ASSAULTING OR RESISTING PUBLIC OFFICIAL OR POLICE OFFICER.
   No person shall assault, resist, hinder, oppose, abuse, molest or interfere with any police or other officer or employee of the city, or of any department or board of the city, in the discharge of official duties.
