§ 92.32 COMPLIANCE WITH LAW.
   (A)   Nothing contained herein is intended to relieve or excuse any person from any requirement of law or ordinance of the city, except as specifically provided herein.
   (B)   Utilities shall at all times be subject to the lawful exercise of the police powers of the city.
