(A) It shall be mandatory that the owner, occupant or agent post the assigned house or building number of each and every structure within the city, within 30 days of adoption of this section.
(B) House or building number will be a minimum of three inches in height, of a coloration contrasting to the background surface and posted on or near the front entrance to each structure in a location clearly visible from the street.
(C) The cost of placement and maintenance of numbers shall be borne by the property owner.
