§ 92.09 BREAKING AND/OR DESTROYING CURBING PROHIBITED; PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to break or destroy the curbing of any city street or to otherwise deface the same, or to construct any entrance into property on any of the paved streets of the city unless the person shall have first obtained a permit.
