§ 92.05 ENCROACHING FENCES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to erect any fence that encroaches upon any street or public right-of-way of the city, or to build any fence along the line of a street or right-of-way before having the line of the street or right-of-way identified by the appropriate official of the city.
