§ 92.03 LEAVING CRATES AND THE LIKE ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to place and leave upon any of the streets or sidewalks of the city, any box, barrel, package, crate, bale or other obstruction.

(B) This section shall not apply to persons leaving articles in containers on the right-of-way, except overnight, for collection by the city.
