§ 91.02 LIABILITY OF CITY.
   Section 91.01 shall not be construed to bind the city to answer any fire call outside of the city when the absence of firefighters and equipment would jeopardize persons or property within the city, and the provisions of § 91.01 shall not be construed to make the city liable for any fire damage inside or outside the city.
