This chapter shall be known as the "Parade, Event, Block Party, Performance, Filming and Picketing Regulation Ordinance of the City of Goose Creek." It shall be applicable to parades, events, block parties, performances, filming, and picketing conducted in whole or in part on property owned or controlled by the city, such as a property leased by the city, or any public street or right-of-way within the city.
