§ 70.46 ROLLER SKATING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to skate or use roller skates/blades/boards/on the roads, streets or sidewalks in the commercial districts of the city. It shall be lawful for any person to skate or use roller skates/blades/boards on hiker/biker trails wherever located in the city during daylight hours only, however, pedestrians shall have the right-of-way. It shall be lawful for any person to skate or use roller skates/blades/boards on the roads, streets and sidewalks in the residential districts of the city, during daylight hours only, however, pedestrians shall have the right-of-way. Due care shall be exercised at all times and at no time shall the person or persons skating or using skates/blades/boards block or impede vehicular traffic.
