§ 70.30 SIGNS, SIGNALS AND MARKINGS; TRAFFIC LANES.
   The Chief of Police is hereby empowered to temporarily mark off traffic lanes on streets and parts of streets indicating and directing the flow of traffic, when, in the officer's judgment, the action is necessary. The Chief of Police may secure all signs and markers necessary to implement the officer's directions and place them on any street or part of street when he or she deems it necessary.
