§ 70.24 SPEED RESTRICTIONS; ANIMALS RIDDEN OR DRIVEN ON STREETS; HUMAN POWERED VEHICLES.
   (A)   No person shall drive, ride an animal or operate a vehicle propelled by human power at a speed or under conditions that the animal or vehicle shall not at all times be under full control and capable of being brought to a full stop if circumstances require.
   (B)   In making a turn or crossing an intersection, no animal shall be ridden or driven and no vehicle shall be propelled at a speed in excess of five mph.
