§ 36.36 BAIL WHILE APPEAL PENDING.
   Upon service of the notice provided in § 36.35, the judges shall, on demand of the defendant, admit the defendant to bail in the reasonable sum, and with adequate surety as the judges may require, with conditions:
   (A)   To appear at the court appealed to and at any subsequent term to which the case nay be continued, if not previously surrendered, and so from term to term until the final decree, sentence or order of the court thereon;
   (B)   To abide the final sentence, order or decree and not depart without leave; and
   (C)   In the meantime to keep the peace and be of good behavior.
