§ 72.08 APPROVAL OF PERMIT UNDER ALTERNATIVE DATE, TIME, ROUTE OR CONDITIONS.
   The City Administrator, in denying an application for a permit under this chapter, shall be empowered to authorize the conduct of the parade, event, block party, performance or filming on a date, at a time, or over a route and under different conditions from that requested by the applicant.
