§ 72.07 NOTICE OF ACTION ON APPLICATION.
   The Administration Department shall act upon the application for a permit required by this chapter as expeditiously as possible, notifying the applicant by mail of the decision. If the application is disapproved, the reasons therefor shall be set out in writing.
