(A) The regulatory provisions of the State Highway Traffic Regulation Act, M.S. Ch. 169, as may be amended from time to time, and in effect on the effective date of this section, are hereby adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets and alleys within the city and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this section as completely as if set out in full herein.
(B) This section shall take effect on the day following its publication in the official city newspaper. The ordinance codified herein was published on 11-3-1972.
