§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 132.01 through 132.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $300, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. If the violator be a minor, he or she shall be turned over to his or her parents, guardian or custodian of the minor, or remain in the custody of the Village Marshal or other police officer until the parents, guardian or custodian have been notified and have called for the minor.
   (B)   A violation of § 132.17(A) is a misdemeanor charge, and shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $1,000, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both.
