§ 51.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Violation of any part or provision of § 51.01 shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days or both.

   (C)   Section 51.02 will be enforced by the Police Department and/or other city employees. Violation of § 51.02 shall constitute a petty misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $100.
