(A) All those provisions of the Criminal Code of 1963, M.S. Ch. 609, as may be amended from time to time, and in effect on 11-4-1972, which define offenses constituting misdemeanors or define offenses punishable by penalties of a fine of not to exceed $300, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not to exceed 90 days, or both, are hereby adopted as an ordinance regulating conduct within the city, and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this section as completely as if set out in full herein.
(B) This provision shall take effect on the day following its publication in the official city newspaper. The ordinance codified herein was published on 11-3-1972.
