(a) No owner or occupant of abutting lands shall fail to keep the sidewalks, curbs or gutters in repair and free from snow, ice or any nuisance. (ORC 723.011)
(b) The owner of any multiple family dwelling within the Village shall have removed all snow from the driveways, parking areas, walkways or common areas within twenty-four hours after the termination of a snowfall.
(c) A violation or failure to comply with this section shall be a minor misdemeanor and each day of such violation shall be a separate offense.
