(a) No person shall park any vehicle on any street longer than seventy-two (72) consecutive hours.
(b) A de minimis movement of the vehicle, which does not significantly move the vehicle from the parking space, i.e. the vehicle is actually not moved from the parking space, but simply rolled several inches or several feet, does not protect the owner from the effect of this Ordinance.
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor of the first offense; on a second offense within one (1) year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor in the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one (1) year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
