(a) No person shall engage in any recreation, amusement or game such as, but not limited to, baseball, basketball or Frisbee toss, upon the streets and roadways within the Village.
(b) No person shall ride or otherwise use roller skates, a skateboard or any type of nonmotorized device, except a bicycle or adult tricycle, upon the streets and roadways of the Village.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
