The Clerk’s responsibility shall include oversight, administration and management of the Traffic Violations Bureau, accounting of all fines and Court costs paid and bonds posted for traffic and criminal citations issued in the Village of Golf Manor, and the management and administration of all documentation necessary through the operation of the Golf Manor Mayor’s Court. The Clerk shall have authority to designate such additional deputies through the Police Department as are necessary for the appropriate management and administration of these duties.
