171.03 FAILURE TO PAY COMPLETE SENTENCE OR APPEAR BEFORE COURT.
   (a)   Failure to Appear; Capias and Penalty. The Mayor, through his authorized delegate, may issue a capias to require the attendance of a person failing to appear in the Mayor’s Court as ordered. Failing to appear shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and/or thirty days confinement in jail upon conviction for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day a person fails to appear.
   (b)   Failure to Pay Fine on Time or Complete the Terms of Sentencing; Capias and Penalty. The Mayor, through his authorized delegate, may issue a capias to require the attendance of a person failing to pay a fine or any part thereof on time or failing to complete the terms of sentencing, as ordered by the Court. The failure to pay a fine, or any part thereof on time as ordered, or to complete the terms of sentencing, shall be a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and/or thirty days confinement in jail upon conviction for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day a person fails to pay a fine, or any part thereof, on time or fails to complete the terms of sentencing, as ordered by the Court.
