(EDITOR’S NOTE: Ordinance 93-32, passed December 13, 1993, adopts the schedule of waiver fines and court costs for traffic and general offenses and park rules violations. Resolution 96-3, passed February 12, 1996, increases court costs, such additional sum to be deposited in a fund for expenditures for computerization and legal research services in the Mayor’s Court. Ordinance 96-22, passed November 11, 1996 amended the schedule of fines and costs.
Ordinance 95-15, passed September 11, 1995 authorizes the Mayor to appoint a Magistrate to conduct the Mayor’s Court and establishes the duties therefor and the compensation for such position.
