The Constitution of the Recreation Commission as revised November 1998 and attached to Ordinance 99-2, shall be adopted as the Rules and Regulations for its operation. Such Constitution shall set forth the qualifications for membership in the Commission, the procedure for qualification as a Commissioner to be approved by Council, and the establishment of an Executive Board. All portions of the Constitution which are not amended by these 1998 revisions are hereby ratified.
